NQ SweepX is a sweepstakes prediction contest operated under applicable US sweepstakes promotion laws. It is not a casino, sportsbook, gambling product, or wagering platform. Sweep Coin (SC) prizes are awarded as part of a no-purchase-necessary promotion in eligible jurisdictions.
2. Not Financial Services or Investment Advice
We do not provide brokerage services, securities trading, CFD trading, forex trading, futures trading, investment advice, or any regulated financial product. Market data is shown for entertainment purposes only. Decisions made in our contests are not investment decisions and should not be treated as such.
3. Skill-Based Prediction Contests
Outcomes in NQ SweepX are determined by publicly observable market data (Bitcoin, Solana, and NASDAQ price movement from major exchanges). Contests reward skill — reading directional market bias correctly. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
4. Entries and Prizes
Sweep Coins (SC) are used as contest entries. Gold Coins (GC) are entertainment-only credits used for practice play. SC prizes can be redeemed at published thresholds for cash payouts. Entries used in contests are not refundable except in the event of platform error or contest cancellation.
5. Simulated Trading (Funded Same Day Challenges)
Funded Same Day prop firm challenges use simulated trading accounts. No real money is traded or invested. Performance is measured against simulated balance and drawdown rules. Successful completion of a challenge may make a participant eligible for profit-share payouts based on the rules of the specific challenge tier. Challenge fees are non-refundable.
6. Age & Jurisdiction
Services are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. Services are not available to residents of Washington, Idaho, or Michigan, or any jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by law. Users are responsible for ensuring participation is legal in their location.
7. Responsible Participation
We encourage all participants to engage with our Services as entertainment. Participate only with amounts you are comfortable using. If you feel your participation is becoming problematic, consider taking a break or contact us at support@precisionfunding.vip to request a cooling-off period or account closure.
8. Tax Responsibility
Prizes and payouts may be subject to US federal, state, and local taxes. Recipients are solely responsible for reporting income and paying applicable taxes. We may issue tax forms (1099-MISC or others) where required by law and may require tax documentation before processing redemptions exceeding reporting thresholds.
9. No Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of market data feeds, or specific outcomes. Third-party market data is provided by external sources and we are not responsible for delays or errors in such data.
