1. Simulated Prediction Product, Not Gambling
NQ Sim Challenge is a simulated market prediction product. It is not a casino, sportsbook, gambling product, or wagering platform. Cash Balance (SC) is earned only by banking simulated-trading profit above your capital baseline and is redeemable per the published rules in eligible jurisdictions.
2. Not Financial Services or Investment Advice
We do not provide brokerage services, securities trading, CFD trading, forex trading, futures trading, investment advice, or any regulated financial product. Market data is shown for entertainment purposes only. Decisions made in our Sim Challenge are not investment decisions and should not be treated as such.
3. Skill-Based Prediction Simulation
Outcomes in NQ Sim Challenge are determined by publicly observable market data (Bitcoin, Solana, and NASDAQ price movement from major exchanges). The Sim Challenge rewards skill — reading directional market bias correctly. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
4. Balances and Payouts
Sim Balance (GC) is simulated trading capital used to place all trades and predictions; it may be purchased at a flat rate of $1 = 10 Sim Balance, carries no cash value, and is not withdrawable. Cash Balance (SC) is denominated in US dollars, cannot be purchased, and cannot be staked or wagered; it is earned only by banking simulated-trading profit above your capital baseline at a conversion of 10 Sim Balance = $1, and can be redeemed at $1 for $1 (subject to a $10 minimum) to request a payout. Amounts staked in the Sim Challenge are not refundable except in the event of platform error or round cancellation.
5. Simulated Trading (Funded Same Day Challenges)
Funded Same Day prop firm challenges use simulated trading accounts. No real money is traded or invested. Performance is measured against simulated balance and drawdown rules. Successful completion of a challenge may make a participant eligible for profit-share payouts based on the rules of the specific challenge tier. Challenge fees are non-refundable.
6. Age & Jurisdiction
Services are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. Services are not available to residents of Washington, Idaho, or Michigan, or any jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by law. Users are responsible for ensuring participation is legal in their location.
7. Responsible Participation
We encourage all participants to engage with our Services as entertainment. Participate only with amounts you are comfortable using. If you feel your participation is becoming problematic, consider taking a break or contact us at support@precisionfunding.vip to request a cooling-off period or account closure.
8. Tax Responsibility
Payouts may be subject to US federal, state, and local taxes. Recipients are solely responsible for reporting income and paying applicable taxes. We may issue tax forms (1099-MISC or others) where required by law and may require tax documentation before processing payouts exceeding reporting thresholds.
9. No Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of market data feeds, or specific outcomes. Third-party market data is provided by external sources and we are not responsible for delays or errors in such data.
