Official Contest Rules

1. Overview

These Official Contest Rules ("Rules") govern participation in NQ SweepX sweepstakes prediction contests offered on the Precision Funding platform ("Platform"). Participation constitutes acceptance of these Rules and our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Free Entry Policy.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Sponsor

NQ SweepX sweepstakes contests are sponsored by Precision Funding LLC, 405 W Greenlawn Ave G11, Lansing, MI 48910 ("Sponsor").

3. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• NOT available to residents of Washington, Idaho, or Michigan, or to anyone in any jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by law.
• Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Precision Funding LLC and its affiliates are not eligible to participate or win prizes.
• Limit one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

4. How to Enter

Participants may obtain Sweep Coins (SC), the sweepstakes entry currency, through any of the following methods:

1. Receive Sweep Coins as a free promotional bonus included with the purchase of Gold Coins (GC), the entertainment-only play currency.
2. Claim daily free login bonuses.
3. Earn community chat participation bonuses.
4. Submit a free weekly mail-in request (no purchase, no fee — full details in our Free Entry Policy).
5. Promotional bonuses and referral rewards from time to time.

All entry methods yield Sweep Coins of equal value and equal eligibility for prize redemptions.

5. How Contests Work

• Each contest round opens with a brief countdown timer during which participants may submit a prediction (LONG or SHORT) using Sweep Coins or Gold Coins as their entry currency.
• When the countdown ends, the live market price (Bitcoin, Solana, or NASDAQ — depending on the active round) becomes the locked entry price for all participants.
• Each round has a Take-Profit and Stop-Loss distance defined per market. The first side to have its Take-Profit reached wins the round.
• Correct predictions result in winnings of 2x the entry amount in the same currency as the entry.
• If both sides' Stop-Loss prices are reached before either Take-Profit, the round ends as a tie and all entries are forfeited.
• If the platform encounters a data feed error or technical issue, the round may be voided and all entries refunded.

6. Sweep Coin Prize Redemption

• Sweep Coins (SC) won through correct predictions may be redeemed for cash prizes at published prize tiers.
• Prize tiers are listed on the platform's Cash Out page and may be updated from time to time.
• Redeemed prizes are paid to the participant's withdrawable balance after redemption approval.
• Withdrawals are processed via supported methods: Wire, Zelle, cryptocurrency, or PayPal. Most redemptions are processed the same business day; some methods may require additional processing time.
• Minimum withdrawal amount may apply per method; see the Cash Out page for current minimums.
• Gold Coins (GC) are entertainment-only and are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.

7. Identity Verification (KYC)

For compliance with applicable laws including anti-money laundering ("AML") and Know-Your-Customer ("KYC") requirements, Precision Funding may require participants to verify their identity before processing prize redemptions, particularly for first-time redemptions or larger amounts. Required documentation may include government-issued ID, proof of address, and tax documentation (Form W-9, W-8BEN, or equivalent). Failure to complete verification may delay or prevent prize payment.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winning participant. Precision Funding may issue Form 1099-MISC or other tax forms as required by law when prize redemptions exceed reporting thresholds.

9. Account Conduct

• Participants must provide accurate information when registering and verifying their accounts.
• Only one (1) account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts may result in account closure and forfeiture of unredeemed Sweep Coins and pending prize claims.
• Use of bots, scripts, automation tools, or any technical exploit to influence contest outcomes is prohibited.
• Abusive behavior in community chat or toward staff may result in account closure.

10. Privacy

Information collected during contest participation is governed by our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described therein.

11. Modification & Termination

Precision Funding reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any contest or these Rules at any time with reasonable notice to participants. In the event of termination, eligible participants will be given the opportunity to redeem accumulated Sweep Coins at then-published prize tiers, subject to all other applicable rules.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Rules or participation in contests will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as described in our Terms & Conditions. Participants waive any right to participate in class actions.

• Precision Funding does not provide financial advice, brokerage services, or any regulated financial product.
• Outcomes are determined by publicly observable market data from major exchanges.
• Contests are for educational and entertainment purposes only.
