Sim Challenge Rules

NQ Sim Challenge Market Prediction Simulation · Last Updated: July 21, 2026

1. Overview

These Sim Challenge Rules ("Rules") govern participation in the NQ Sim Challenge market prediction simulation offered on the Precision Funding platform ("Platform"). Participation constitutes acceptance of these Rules and our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Balance & Payout Rules.

The NQ Sim Challenge is a simulated prop-firm style product open to eligible traders. It is not gambling, a casino, or an investment product.

2. Operator

The NQ Sim Challenge is operated by Precision Funding LLC, 405 W Greenlawn Ave G11, Lansing, MI 48910 ("Operator").

3. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.
  • NOT available to residents of Washington, Idaho, or Michigan, or to anyone in any jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by law.
  • Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Precision Funding LLC and its affiliates are not eligible to participate or receive payouts.
  • Limit one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

4. How to Participate

Participants use their Sim Balance to place all predictions in the Sim Challenge. Sim Balance may be obtained through the following methods:

  1. Purchase Sim Balance at a flat rate of $1 = 10 Sim Balance (no bonuses, no tiers).
  2. Claim small free daily login allotments.
  3. Earn community chat participation bonuses.
  4. Platform rewards described in our Balance & Payout Rules.
  5. Promotional bonuses and referral rewards from time to time.

Sim Balance obtained through any method carries equal value and equal function in the Sim Challenge. Payout Balance cannot be purchased or staked. It is credited only after an eligible simulated-profit transfer is reviewed and approved under Section 6.

5. How the Sim Challenge Works

  • Each round opens with a brief countdown timer during which participants may submit a prediction (LONG or SHORT) using their Sim Balance as their stake.
  • When the countdown ends, the live market price (Bitcoin, Solana, or NASDAQ — depending on the active round) becomes the locked entry price for all participants.
  • Each round has a Take-Profit and Stop-Loss distance defined per market. The first side to have its Take-Profit reached wins the round.
  • Correct predictions result in winnings of 2x the staked amount in Sim Balance.
  • If both sides' Stop-Loss prices are reached before either Take-Profit, the round ends as a tie and all stakes are forfeited.
  • If the platform encounters a data feed error or technical issue, the round may be voided and all stakes refunded.

6. Simulated-Profit Transfer and Payout Balance

  • Eligible simulated-trading profit above the participant's capital baseline may be submitted for transfer at a conversion of 10 SIM = $1, subject to review and approval.
  • Approved value is credited to Payout Balance, which is denominated in US dollars and is the only withdrawable platform balance.
  • Purchased, promotional, or otherwise issued Sim Balance cannot be transferred directly to Payout Balance.
  • Withdrawals are processed via supported methods: Wire, Zelle, cryptocurrency, or PayPal. Most payouts are processed the same business day; some methods may require additional processing time.
  • A $10 minimum applies to withdrawals; see the Cash Out page for current details.
  • Sim Balance is simulated, carries no independent cash value, and is not withdrawable for cash.

7. SIM Evaluation Record and Live-Capital Review

  • Every settled SIM prediction is included in a trailing 30-day verified evaluation record.
  • Standard review eligibility requires all of the following at the same time: at least 100 settled evaluations, at least 7 distinct active days, net return of at least 8%, profit factor of at least 1.25, peak-to-valley drawdown no greater than 10% of starting SIM, best-day gross-profit share no greater than 35%, and largest single-prediction risk no greater than 10% of starting SIM.
  • Passing the standard gates projects a $1,000 company-capital review tier. More demanding activity, return, profit-factor, drawdown, consistency, and risk thresholds may project $2,500 or $5,000 review tiers as displayed in the participant's live tracker.
  • Eligibility is a request for discretionary review only. It is not an automatic award, cash prize, customer deposit, promise of employment, brokerage account, or guarantee of live placement or profit.
  • If separately approved and onboarded, Precision Funding may assign company-controlled live trading risk through Rithmic connectivity, limited to CME Micro Bitcoin (MBT) or Bitcoin (BTC) futures and subject to company risk limits.
  • Approval may require identity, age, residence, sanctions, tax, and jurisdiction checks; signed program, exchange, market-data, confidentiality, and risk agreements; technical onboarding; and available company capital.
  • The 30-day record updates continuously as activity enters and leaves the window. After a review decision, subsequent qualifying performance may be reviewed again under the program rules then in effect.
  • Precision Funding may decline, delay, reduce, suspend, or terminate a live allocation in its discretion, including for rule violations, risk concerns, lack of capacity, legal restrictions, or conduct inconsistent with company policy.

8. Identity Verification (KYC)

For compliance with applicable laws including anti-money laundering ("AML") and Know-Your-Customer ("KYC") requirements, Precision Funding may require participants to verify their identity before processing payouts, particularly for first-time payouts or larger amounts. Required documentation may include government-issued ID, proof of address, and tax documentation (Form W-9, W-8BEN, or equivalent). Failure to complete verification may delay or prevent payout.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on payouts are the sole responsibility of the receiving participant. Precision Funding may issue Form 1099-MISC or other tax forms as required by law when payouts exceed reporting thresholds.

10. Account Conduct

  • Participants must provide accurate information when registering and verifying their accounts.
  • Only one (1) account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts may result in account closure and forfeiture of unredeemed Payout Balance and pending payout claims.
  • Use of bots, scripts, automation tools, or any technical exploit to influence round outcomes is prohibited.
  • Abusive behavior in community chat or toward staff may result in account closure.

11. Privacy

Information collected during Sim Challenge participation is governed by our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described therein.

12. Modification & Termination

Precision Funding reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sim Challenge or these Rules at any time with reasonable notice to participants. In the event of termination, eligible participants will be given the opportunity to withdraw eligible Payout Balance at $1 for $1, subject to all other applicable rules.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Rules or participation in the Sim Challenge will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as described in our Terms & Conditions. Participants waive any right to participate in class actions.
