Sim trading is the perfect lab for it — real feed, real decisions, zero real damage.
The one-variable drill
- Pick ONE thing per session: only pin-bar entries at levels. Only reverse-cross setups. Only late entries above 2.5×. Nothing else exists today.
- Predeclare each rep out loud before entering — setup, R, invalidation. The prediction is the practice; the result is just feedback.
- Grade the rep immediately (journal's one-line field) while the decision is fresh. Feedback delayed is feedback destroyed.
- Twenty reps of one setup beats a hundred mixed trades — pattern recognition is built by repetition of the SAME pattern.
