Anatomy of a Round

Entry, targets, knockouts, both-stopped — the full ruleset, and what each rule rewards.

LONGS WIN · entry +TPSHORTS WIN · entry −TPSHORTS knocked out here (+SL)LONGS knocked out here (−SL)ENTRYlongs OUT — permanently, even though price recoversshorts already dead at +SL → LONGS WIN… if they survived

A round turns BTC's continuous auction into a defined contest. The prediction window sets your entry; at lock, the set-level is stamped and two symmetric targets go live (entry ±TP) with knockout levels inside them (entry ±SL). No clock — the race runs until it resolves.

The rules, and what they reward

  • LONGS win at entry +TP, SHORTS at entry −TP: directional conviction pays.
  • A side that touches its −SL is knocked out PERMANENTLY — even if price comes all the way back. This is the hard-stop discipline of real trading, enforced by the game itself.
  • Both sides knocked out = both-stopped: chop pays no one (except MAX PAIN holders — that side market exists precisely to price chop).
  • Because SL sits inside TP, surviving matters as much as being right. A violent range kills both heroes.

Strategic consequence: the game rewards exactly what real trading rewards — entering with the regime (trend vs chop), not just direction. Every lesson in Foundations feeds this decision.

Educational content only — not financial advice. All trading on this platform is simulated using Sim currency; simulated results do not represent real trading and no strategy wins consistently.
